@lolakimono...THANKS! This type of style IS inspirational in that I was surprised that the one from A was successful. I will NEED to look into these. Did you purchase anything from the sale?

@LTT1

Still thinking about these from Cole Haan.  The leopard CH ones I got are like wearing sneakers.  Gray for me is a better neutral than brown, and I don't wear a lot of black.  The sizes smaller than mine are all sold out, so I need to decide quickly.

I did order the AGL flats. I LOVE my denim AGL ones, although I don't wear flats as often. This brand is almost never discounted, so although they're expensive, it is a good savings from the regular price.

@lolakimono  So the flats are AGL and the wedges are CH?  I do LOVE both pairs... which brand is wearing like sneakers?  The flats?  I'd love the height of the gray ones... will research.  As far as my opinion, the additional cost is worth it if one can stand and walk in dressy shoes.  Have not found one that works for me that is dressier than tennis shoes yet.  Still looking!

Another thought I'm working on today... I have the Linea Lace jackets -- in pink and navy.  Needed shoulder pads and have found that the Kathleen Kirkwood cami (will get the style #) is made of very comfortable fabric.  So, I have now ordered the correct sizes in black (for the navy jacket) and pink blush for the pink jacket.

I am also now going to begin to hunt for taupe or beige silky pants.  While watching the grands, I am thinking I may not be actually AT the wedding for long!!!

Yes- AGL flats, CH wedges.  The CH have the Nike Air technology, so they are like wearing sneakers.  The other AGL flats I have are the denim ones (you're probably sick of seeing). Cat Tongue

I have a high arch, but these are the most comfortable flats for me.  I have two pairs of Clarks that don't compare.

 I thought the suede would be buttery soft.

I think the CH are a nice shade of grey.

We have extreme heat warnings here today in PA. It is 90 some feeling like 110. But, am I tired of Summer? No, I will take Summer over snow and Winter any day, except for the electric bills. lol. (Our electric doubled this Summer compared to last). But I will take it, I am not in a hurry for Winter at all!

loves, I love the picture of the "cat in the sink."  So cute. I am not a hot weather person and never have been.  When I was a kid, I loved being in the water (lake) to stay cool.  Yesterday, we had a heat index of 105 degrees plus it rained two different times during the day. Between the rain & the heat, I will be happy when Fall arrives with cooler weather. I also love the snow so I will be happy to see it.
