They are very happy. I have been going into the woods for wild apples and dragging them to my yard. The deer goes crazy. It's funny they eat the wild ones faster than the store bought. My DH seems to think it's because store bought have wax on them. @MamaWick  What do you feed the deer the most? Carrots?

The close ups of the deer show such expression!  What big brown eyes and their mouths open as they communicate.  The photo of the buck in the wild grass is a favorite and all photos full of nature!!!!!  It is a grouping of serenity and good feelings!!!!

@MamaWick    I look at the first picture and think to myself that the Doe looks injured on one side of her face. but it could be how she looks but the Buck looks wounded in the last picture  They are such beautiful creatures so any little dink stands out.   However, they look so happy.  It's carrot time.  I wish I could take all the deer out of the wild to a safe place.

@Katcat1  they definitely have scars.  Some are worse than others.  But that is nature.
