  I haven't seen my three or four deer in awhile until this morning. When I opened th bedroom window shade the doe jumped away from grazing near the window! 
  I went to the back window and there were the twins and yearling from last year. They took their time grazing on the grass. It's nice and thick and they like the acorns and Beechnuts. They went toward the woods where I used to feed them. They remember after a year and a half!

@MamaWick   What wonderful pictures of your herd.  The doe on the left in the first picture looks like she has a heart on the top of her head. At least that's what reads on my screen. 

Of course that buck is so handsome.  Is that a grandpa buck in the second picture?   He looks like he's grey in the muzzle.
