As always the photos give a lovely glimpse of nature and her creatures.  I love the pictures of the deer in the tall grass especially, a smile and calmness settles in.

Have a wonderful time at your son's.  It will be nice to get away and I'm sure Cricket will find a nice resting spot!!!!  Enjoy!

The deer are saying, "Have a nice time away, just leave the keys under the mat and fill the fridge with carrots !"😄

My across the street neighbor is going wild because deer are coming into her yard at night and eating her favorite plants.  She has motion lights already so she has added a motion activated sprinkler.  I haven't ask her if that is working.

A neighbor has motion lights and that makes no difference.  I doubt a sprinkler would work because they don't come in out of the rain.  She probably needs to put a high fence around the plants, perhaps chicken wire.   Or chicken wire with top closed.  That's what some neighbors do around here.
