@MamaWick I'm not sure but from the pictures, does it look like that baby has goop coming out of its eyes? I've seen that before in infections in animals, and I wonder if it looks that way to you in person or anyone else on here.

It's wonderful you can provide nourishment and a safe place for them, especially if it feels under the weather in that cold and rain.

Beautiful baby and of course Willow is adorable as always.

@OneHappyHiker looking at the first two pictures it appeared initially there might be something in the baby's right eye.

But in the third picture, she clearly has her head turned and I don't see anything. It might be a reflection, not sure.

@MamaWick Awww. Didn't you want to invite this beautiful baby in for a towel dry and tv?   Of course Willow would probably not be thrilled.

Last night at around 11:30, the back lights went on.  No one was on the patio, but farther in the yard was a doe and her fawn.  They proceeded to devour all the bird seed.  Poor babies were hungry and cold.   Interestingly, they didn't touch the cat food we put out for the ferals.

@DSD2 I looked back and I think you're right. I just wanted to scoop that sweetie up, clean its eyes, feed it, keep it warm, etc. My little doggie would not take that well, however, even though he has learned to co-exist when we see them out eating. I think he respects their size; I know I do lol. Thanks!
