Hi Noel. No, not a licensed nurse, but I spent about 20 years in the medical profession. I was a CNA/CMA and a Dialysis Technician. As a Dialysis Tech, I worked with a group of Drs that were very generous with their knowledge and encouraged questions during rounds, both from patients and staff. The also encouraged staff education, as they knew we were the front line contact between them and their patients.

My mother was, she graduated from the second class of LPNs at the School of Nursing at a regional medical center in my city. I have a huge respect nurses, the real healers, IMO.
