I'm on TikTok and there is a young man on there who is a pleasure to watch. He has a business in NJ. that repairs phones, IPads, computers etc  and he could teach a class on customer service. I can't begin to describe how friendly,efficient , and fair he is. Often when the fix is simple,he won't charge the customer and simply asks for a Google review. Older folks beat a path to his door   and he is never condescending and these often tech challenged people refer him to their friends. He is very busy and has a couple of employees and two office cats ! He is also on YouTube as the digital Dr. ,look him up , you will be impressed.
