What is going on with QVC's Customer Service?  I called to get a price adjustment this evening & held on for 1 1/2 hours with no answer.  Had to hang up.  This is not good.  Anyone else have this problem?

I usually call during the week. I've heard that Saturday is their busiest day. Maybe try back next or try the Customer Service chat live.

I use the live chat quick and easy.

I called them this morning and had no problem getting someone to give me a price reduction on an item I purchased a couple of days ago, and today is for a lower price.

I had that problem before waiting like 30 mins with no answer.  No chat at that time either,  I had issue last weekend. I didn't wait more than 16 mins, I hung up. Forgot to call back so  called back Thursday, and in a couple minutes a rep was online. I had. A problem I couldn't solve online. I wanted to exchange ring for another size. But wow, it went up 300.!!   I guess I bought online on a day they had discounted ,  the agent was so great, took order for new size over phone, will send out.....and I will return other one Monday.  I will never doubt when they say sale, ending soon!  lol.  300 bux is tons of money to anyone

posters here did say weekends are too busy. Better to call weekdays, they were right!

First I would hang up and redial.  Sometimes it is a "glitch".  You can also get a call back so you don't have to stay on the line.

I do price adjustments via email with the social team.  Usually answer within minutes. Then it's in writing too.

I have never had such delays in calling Customer Service.  I use the telephone number at the bottom of the page, go through all the prompts until I get to the prompt for a Customer Service Representative and they come to the line in just a few minutes.  That is a consistent experience for me.
