Not another empty box story! I've read of this before, and can't figure out how it happens. Maybe workers in the warehouse swipe things? But in this day and age, I would think there would be security to prevent that.

Many years ago I received an empty jewelry package on a gold bracelet that I had ordered. Qvc sent a replacement, expedited postage, no questions asked. I have never had a bad experience with Qvc customer service in over 20 years. Never.
