My gd is so excited a Mom & her fawn were in their backyard today munching in their garden! My GD didn't care so excited but her mom did.

@MamaWick WOW! That is most unusual. Never seen mama deer park their yougin(s) under an auto! Can you view mama grazing nearby? No high grass or brush for baby to hide in?

@MamaWick So cute! I can understand that people would think the faun was abandoned. 10 years ago, we saw a tiny faun in the grass outside of our office. Everyone was upset. We called the game commission. They said, leave it alone and the mother will come back for it. Lo and behold, she did! The mothers have to feed so they can nurse their young.
