I stopped buying clothing from the Q many years ago. They never fit me properly and just were different from clothing I bought in stores.
I mostly bought makeup and philosophy products.

I'm between 55-60 and am starting to feel too young to shop here .... which is really kind of funny LOL ( at least to me )
As for me, I will say it LOUD and proud...62

Knowing the Core Customer We Serve
THE QVC & HSN CORE CUSTOMER
• Loves to shop
• Avg. age low 60’s; new customers slightly younger 53 – 57
• More affluent
• Grown children who are out of house, many have grandchildren
• Regaining their time, can focus on shopping for themselves and their family
• Age ~35 is sweet spot for improvements in consideration
This is interesting. Wonder where this info comes from. Synchrony bank maybe? And QVC's own records? I have been a QVC shopper for 30 years and I only fit into the first point, I love to shop.
Age, started in my mid 30's and now in mid 60's
Income, mostly low to low middle, made it to slightly over middle in my mid 50's.
My grown son in his mid 30's lives with me and my DH and always has.
I have no grandchildren and probably never will.
Regarding regaining time to focus on myself, i.e. shopping, the reason I began and continue shopping on QVC is the opposite, I rarely had time for myself working full time hours and going overtime almost every week, plus total commute time 2 hours a day. The easiest way to shop was QVC instead of wasting my free time driving around going in and out of stores.
Am I the exception or has QVC misunderstood who their customers are.

@PhilaLady1 All good questions.
QVC has between 9 million to 10 million customers. There will always be great numbers of exceptions to their defined core customer.
But I think millions of dollars into marketing strategies means they must have metrics that support their findings.

@wifey2qt Curiously you ask the age of others but you state your age with a 5 year leeway. Is that why you only ask the average age?
