It depends on the post. If the post is asking for information (what is the host wearing, what necklace is that) yes, a quick little heart or thanks would be nice but not required. I also just do an all encompassing note of thanks to all posters and do not regularly respond to everyone individually. Also, if people post weeks or many days after the discussion has unofficially closed, there is no need to respond to someone.
But, if the post is a discussion topic for banter, there is no need to reply to anyone.

what I find annoying is when someone writes, " I agree with you" and doesn't attach the post they agree with. Please copy the post you are referring to.š»

Replies from the OP don't bother me if they are clarifying something or adding info.
I don't like OP responses when it's just to argue their position or put down an opposing opinion. There are a couple posters who do this all the time so I wonder why they even bother to start a post.
I also don't like it when OPs read more into a reply than is there.

I like etiquette and believe it applies to every action everywhere.
I dislike teaser threads. I find them disrespectful toward fellow posters.

I don't think there is any set rule for this. At times I will try to post a comment to all, especially if questions are asked. If there are a large amount of replies, sometimes I am not able to reply to all and then I will just put a "heart". I think it is nice to acknowledge that people are responding to your post if you can.

It's not an issue I lose sleep over but why do posters respond to a simple question with nothing to do with the topic???š¤
I'm not talking about off topic.
Example:: Fun thread about The Golden Girls. The question is Which one do you identify with?
Answers: I never watched. I never thought it was funny. I can't stand that show.
Why bother to post?š¤š
Or a thread with a question about cats. Answer: I don't own a cat.š
Nobody cares.š¤£
@Cakers3 - The "I don't care" posts are rude.

No, I don't care for responses to every single post. Many posts say the same thing, so it is just too repetitive. Put a heart in to acknowledge it. A couple of responding posts at the end once the responses have slowed down is fine, But to every single post, No thanks.

Yes they are rude and don't get taking the time to respond to a thread you don't care about to post "I don't care". Another thing I find rude is when someone posts a thread about something and another insults the OP by saying, "first world problems" or "wish that was all I had to worry about" like only serious issues should be discussed here.
