Way back in the 60s I had my first and only cupcake. It seemed wherever you went, there were cupcakes and more cupcakes. Everyone made cupcakes. I had one and, to me at least, it tasted very bad. Everyone else just loved them. I never had another one until today.
Went to the bank and across the street were some farm stands and a few other miscellaneous stands. Went to buy kale and saw these two young girls selling cupcakes. I was in an adventurous mood and tried one. It was a lychee/raspberry one for $3.50. It was so delicious and not too sweet and very light. Ate it for lunch. Haven't thought about anything else since.
Is there anyone out there who had a similar experience?
