Criminal Minds .....OK, Enough is Enough

When this show started it was great! Then they got rid of Gideon and El. Then JJ and now they are killing of Emily to replace her with an unknown not requiring as big of bucks. Why do the networks manage to destroy hit shows, with spin offs, replacing them with reality shows? I hate Hoarders, Intervention, Dog, Billy the Exterminator, Pawn Kings, etc. I can ride around my hometown and see all this "behavior" for free...why pay big bucks for cable tv for such terrible programming?
