Creep attacked me at Dollywood Splash Country....

Today, I and my husband were on vacation in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. While at Dollywood Splash Country a creep used a water pressurized thing to attack me every time I floated under the two bridges. I was on the Lazy River ride and he aimed this water cannon at my breast every time I passed under the two bridges. This happened seven times before I shouted at him to stop it,he only continued. When I spoke to the park manager and ask that the guy be removed from the park, he said the creep was not breaking any laws. Your thoughts?
