Credit Card Warning

Someone "cloned" my DH's Credit card. Luckily, DH used his card within one hour of the fraudulent use (in a different state). Discover called to verify immediately.

The strange thing is we have a personal photo on the card. Discover said it was a "hard swipe", meaning they actually swiped the fake card.

How could someone get a "duplicate" of this card? Can anyone explain.

Discover provided excellent service, new account (and cards) within 24 hours.!
