Creative ways to give gift cards?

Christmas in July has passed. But Now I am 10 paychecks away from Christmas so I start thinking about my gift list.

My nieces and nephews are all teenagers and my sister has indicated that gift cards for her kids and her husband would be a best bet.

So, what creative ways have you come up with to give gift cards? I was thinking of ordering the Annual Bears from the St Jude's catalogue.
