Creative memories

I went to a weekend scrap this past week and heard rumors that Creative Memories is going under and that March 31st was the last day for the company to be bought out but as of late Sunday no one had heard anything. Does anyone know the latest updates? A couple of the women there were consultants and were selling out their inventory and giving up their business because of this.
