I called Cox today and said I wanted a credit for a station they are not currently caring on our lineup. It is the local CBS station and Cox and the parent company of the CBS station are in a dispute over.....what else.....MONEY. My issue is that this is a station I am paying to receive, so I am not getting all that I am paying for. We can get no CBS programming as we MUST use cable to get TV signals. Of course Cox said NO to the credit, told me this was not their fault and to contact the local station. One more reason I'm getting soooooo tired of being at the mercy of cable!
