Costco Optical Anyone?

Has anyone used Costco Optical for buying glasses; and if so, what's your experience? Do they have current frames to choose from and how are the prices? The well known optical centers here are charging anywhere from $500-$600 for current frames with progressive lenses and I'd love to be able to get that price down a little bit. If you've used Costco or Sams or any other store like that, I'd appreciate some advice.
