more than one said that.
One of them posted just after you.
I must of missed her post on the other now closed thread but I honestly can't believe there is a person in this world who believes ALL of these women are lying. It is disgusting to say the least. I am very open to a wide array of opinions and I have friends who I disagree with on many subjects but I can honestly say that I could NOT be friends with someone who thinks this way. I find it thoroughly disgusting that a WOMAN would think ALL of these women lied.

Your opinion scares the ka-rap out of me.

That's just like someone saying that the women were ""asking for it"" based on how they were dressed.
The victims are NEVER at fault.

You'd be surprised what people will make up. In junior high school I had a classmate who hated our music teacher and he came up with an elaborate plot to accuse him of molesting kids. He recruited a number of other kids to support the claim and they rehearsed what they'd say during lunch and recess. They went so far as to taking Polaroid photographs of their private parts that they would then plant in his desk and car. They were just about ready to make the claim when one of the kids they'd approached went to the principal and told him of the plan. Eventually all of the kids confessed that nothing had really happened. A teacher who had never done anything wrong and merely had one, somewhat charismatic kid rally other kids against him, could have been labeled a child molester and likely spent time in prison simply over an allegation that was completely false. "But ten or twelve kids wouldn't all be lying!" In this case they were.
Then you have the McMartin preschool case from a few years back where horrific allegations were made only to eventually be proven false. We recently had the Brian Banks case where a female friend accused him of raping and kidnapping her. He spent five years in prison before she admitted it never happened. Even some of the accusers of Jerry Sandusky are now being looked at a bit more closely and coming up a bit suspect.
People will say and do anything, for any reason. Did Bill Cosby do what he's accused of? Maybe, maybe not. I truly don't know and neither do any of the rest of us posting here. The reality is only the people involved truly know what happened. Those who wish to believe the accusers say the number of women coming forward is proof that it happened. You can also argue that the number is pretty small for someone with the access he had to young women over a fifty year period. If he was doing this regularly shouldn't there be many more?
When there are allegations with absolutely no evidence to support the allegations and the allegations are coming out years later, I get a bit suspicious. When an attention hound like Gloria Allred gets involved I get even more suspicious. I just don't have a good read on this one way or the other. If one woman had a Monica Lewinski type blue dress containing some evidence, I'd buy in a lot more, but with no rape kits, no DNA evidence, no real evidence of any type, and many only coming out and making claims years later, it's probably smarter to be a bit suspicious of the claims. It's nearly impossible to prove something didn't happen which puts the accused in a tough spot.
Who would make this stuff up? A very, very small percentage of the population would make up claims like this, but it's also a very, very small percentage of the population who are making the claims. Until someone invents a time machine that lets us go back and truly see what happened, none of us will truly know what happened.

And Phyllisha Rashid is claiming she's been misquoted now.
Of course...

And the reporter of that story has said he used her words incorrectly. I'm not following the story enough to bother learning the difference.
I'm waiting for court to read details.

A whole lot of words from a man who apparently knows nothing about secksual abuse.

Never cared for Rashad or Cosby. I always thought she was a phony.
