By any chance does anyone has a contact info for Kohl's corporate? I called the number listed on their site but it routed me back to customer service, which has been of no help. For backround info: I received only 1 of the 3 items I ordered online. Customer service said it shows delivered so they refused to do anything about it. Door in the picture is not my door, I live in a second story condo and it shows a door with grass and a black mat. Meanwhile, I disputed the charge with my cc. Thanks!

Already done that. Called the corporate number listed on their site and the customer service for online ordering. No help whatsoever.

It's not an issue Kohl's will help with. It's the delivery service. I have had 2 packages missing since Christmas. One was from J Jill and the other from See's candy. Neither retailer would do anything, so I had to file claims with UPS and the USPS

I don't know if you live near a Kohl's store but I would go in and speak with management. I would show them the picture of the delivery at the wrong home. Hopefully, a face to face would resolve any issue. Disputing a charge on your credit card was a wise move, it could get a resolution.

I have found Kohl's very difficult to deal with lately.
Coupons continue to come to my daughter's address in college. That was over 19 years ago! I have tried to resolve this numerous times and ways.
I sent for earrings for my granddaughter, several pairs on sale for holidays. One came damaged. I had just had surgery and knew I would not be able to get to the store in time to return, they did not want to hear it, The packaging was not good, I even looked for the missing piece and would glue the snowman's face back, but not in the bag?
Also, problems with the new credit card. Never got it, probably went to a wrong address. They would not tell me where it went! After three months I got it resolved.

Did you call the carrier?
There is a house 1 street over that has the same house number as mine. UPS kept delivering my things to them or their things to me. I talked to UPS and they put a special note in my records. I also talked to my regular UPS driver and he added more notes. I haven't had a problem since.
