Corky’s Lightly Breaded Catfish Filets

My Catfish filets from Corky’s arrived today so I had to prepare some for dinner. Air fried, fresh lemon juice and Bob’s Tartar Sauce-DELICIOUS! This was my first order, disappointed they did not have auto delivery. I order lots of different fish from QVC, and this is a yummy addition to the rotation. Highly recommend the next time it’s on.

I've never had catfish.  Glad it was tasty.

@Cntrlcstgrl Good to know. I must admit, I'm a little bummed. I almost ordered them, weren't they a OTO or special price of some kind? I planned to order then got busy and forgot. 

 

We love the salmon, cape haki and mahi mahi, all on AD. That catfish would have been a nice rotation.

Our Publix carries freshly cooked catfish filets in the Deli.  Absolutely the best in town!

 

Can purchase in a dinner or by the pound.

I love catfish, but haven't had it in years. They don't even sell it here anymore in CA.  I do get my fish like salmon halibut, prawns and calamari from a place in Alaska.  Off the boat and not farmed. Now I am hungry for catfish.
