In all my 80+ years on this earth this is without a doubt the best pillow I have ever owned.  Suffered with neck pain at night for years until I bought this amazing pillow.  It came with 2 extra bags of stuffing & I still have one bag unopened and another bagfull more.  Have had it for 3 years and it is like new.  About once a month I stick my hand in to fluff it up, and it's back to where I want it

I know, it is the best i have ever had,just want every one to know,good price also.

Do you put a pillowcase on it or use as is?

I put a pillow case on mine.

It's not inexpensive ($54 for queen size) but if it lasts five years, it may be worth it for me. I get cheap pillows from Kohl's and frequently change them out.

Does the pillow itself stay cool or does one need to buy the case offered?

@ValuSkr

I priced it on Amazon and it's $72.

I don't think you have to buy the xtra case, i put a protective case over mine, because i don't want to wash the case it comes with all the time.

On the Good Housekeeping website, they said this was the best pillow they ever tested.

That endorsement made my decision to order, and the great price.
