Three times since mid-March i have had to call customer service to log on - twice to reply to the boards and once to PURCHASE something (I ended up not ordering).
All 3 times Customer service told me they didn't have my email. Interesting, since I've had a qvc card for 11 years plus, and haven't changed any info. So, again, I gave them my email and the women this morning told me they were having computer problems for the last 'few months'.
Looks like they don't want me to order anything on line. Maybe that's a hint???
Anyone else having this problem? And shouldn't they be fixing this issue? Sign-in trouble 3 times in around 7 weeks???? And in all honesty, that's about the total number of times I have tried to sign in.....I haven't ordered anything in months, and tho I lurk on the boards alot, I don't post that much anymore.....
I'm totally frustrated.....it's a pain to call there!
