With all the weather being somewhat extreme in places here in the U.S., I have to wonder if it's the sun that has it's cycles of heating up more for a period of years, and that we here experience what we think is global warming (that we occupants of Earth are responsible). Not that pollutants that we make aren't doing some harm but if it really is the sun that has it's highs and lows, we are in a serious situation. Nothing could ever be done about it and if anyone knew that this is so..........they wouldn't tell us. Consider this, the Earth has experienced some catastophes in it's historic past that defy some explanations so maybe something like this is possible. We may not be to blame.
My take.
