A 27 hour surgery - unbelieavable.

They are out of surgery and doing well. What a miracle!!

I can't wait to see them walking about, and wonder what they will think when they look at each other for the first time.

I Googled this. If you do so get a box of tissues first. This is an amazing story. I will be following it. Please "pray" for this family and all who are caring for them. It is also a story of wonderful neighbors who step up to help this family who were strangers from another state. There is still some good in our world. May there always be. We are all " neighbors".

Reading about this procedure made me even more in awe of Dr Ben Carson. What an intellect that man has. To pull himself up by his bootstraps to become a top notch neurosurgeon
