Computer Savvy People -- I Need Your Help!

I am such a dunce when it comes to computers, but I know that some of you are very savvy and can tell me what to do. I am trying to upload some photos to another site from my ZoomBrowser. When I select the file I need, it tells me that they can only receive photos in the JPEG format. What is that and how do I convert the photo to that?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
