Computer Savvy? I Need Help.

I'm retiring from my job May 1st and I wanted to know if anyone knows how I can transfer my "favorites" from my desktop computer at work to my personal MacPro? I've accumulated quite a few over time, many of which are personal such as banking, credit card and utility sites, etc. Is there a way to do this in its entirety or will I have to do each individually?
