I ordered Valerie Hill's santa bag with presents. I was having problems showing up on the order status page. I just checked it out several minutes ago and found 5 orders, omg.

called c/s and the operator sent email to the processing  department. I'm hoping that I don't receive them.Smiley Frustrated

@Bella2022   If you'd asked beforehand, we would have advised you that placing multiple orders just because one didn't show up immediate, is not a goid idea.  Next time ask first.

I think internet volume due to Prime Day is creating problems. I put in an online grocery pickup order and the website wouldn't let me put diet soda in my cart, only regular. I tried every single flavor with no luck.

 

I called the store and they told me to put in the regular versions of what I want, and they would put a written note for my order picker to pick diet on their bulletin board. Remember bulletin boards?

 

It worked.

You did this to yourself.  The order didn't show up instantly so you kept reordering it.  Why?  Even if you didn't know that there were some systems problems, didn't it occur to you that you shouldn't reorder the same thing multiple times?  That maybe you should give it time.  There have been scores of conversations about how orders don't show up immediately as they did in the past.

Where does she say she placed multiple orders?  She said she ordered 1 and 5 orders popped up

I also had a gift certificate my daughter gave to me and I thought that was giving me the trouble because when i was deleting the certificate and my Q CARD wouldn't even come upSmiley Frustrated  Also i'm not addicted to QVC so I don't know all the problems associated with the computer.

Never saw them because i'm not an addict to qvc shopping.Smiley Tongue

   It happened again. I had to learn the hard way and yes the order showed up this morning. My other orders have finally been taken care of. customer service told me to decline but i will never do that again. Better to take to post office, mush faster.Smiley Frustrated
