Whoever loaded the boards with "Horrible CS from QVC" threads is a perfect example of how NOT to complain.  Are you totally clueless?  Everyone has a supervisor and the company has executives.  Ask to speak to one of them.  What you did was throw a cyber temper tantrum making other customers your victims.  We can't fix anything.

That person definitely needs to be cut off - GONE!  Anyone who abuses this site needs to be cut off - we all know the rules - after the second duplicate rant - just cut them off!

It was a bit much, and of course, none of us know for sure what other avenues were taken with total frustration beforehand, (or not), but some people won't stop until they are satisfied, and will do whatever it takes to get what the need or want.

I do agree they need banned from here for going to such extremes.

I find myself spending less time coming to these boards. Too many complaints and annoying posters don't make it fun for me anymore.

Stick with reading the posts that are not complaints and read only the posts that don't annoy you. I am assuming at some point you did enjoy these forums, or you would not have come back. Stick around and have some fun again.
