Competition for Entry Level Retail Jobs....

Wow..I know somebody who applied for an entry level retail job at a Ladies Clothing store. It was a minimum of 10 hours per week. Interesting was that they had a slew of applicants many overqualified but they brought you back for a 2nd Interview...

She got the job thank goodness but I was surprised that they would do 2nd interviews for a entry level minimum wage job with ten hours per week right now. She has another part-time job so this helps her out..
