I have a friend who suffers with vertigo...as does my youngest. From what my friend says there are some sort of crystals in our ear canal which can get misplaced. She has some method that helps get them back in place correctly...which involves hanging your head off the side of the bed. Not sure being dizzy...that particle method would not make me lose my lunch?
Heya croemer: Yes, dislodged salt crystals in the inner ear. I've heard of the Hallpike technique (sp) that a doctor can perform. Has to do with moving the head/neck around somehow to move the crystals back in place or something like that. lol
On topic: Hosts may be open to criticism, but there is a limit and lines that really have no place being crossed.
Yes this is what my friend said. Sometimes the method she uses works...other times...not so much. TY Cakers...good to see ya!

Don't forget that 'movie stars' and TV series programs' actors are able to stop, re-do their lines/scenes, etc. Our hosts here are doing quite well, being on air live. Not very easy, IMO.
Hello ROMARY and I agree with you. I did not realize they were taking comments from our board about the board. They do have to talk non stop and not repeat as much as possible and they don't get breaks and they have to stand and that I could not do.......I think they should be able to stand and sit.........

Hi Fluffy.
Hi sweetie......how are you?????
Doing alright Fluffy, hope you are as well.
Everything is fine except for those darn dizzy spells. It's not a constant though.
Hey, my sis is at me again about moving down there......LOL
Well...I wish you would. Dizzy spells??? That doesn't sound good.
HiYa scottie long time no see!
Yes, have been battling this for a while now......have been to the doctor and had medicine for it, which makes me like a zombie........and all I want to do is go to bed and sleep.... But, that's not my nature......

The doctor gave me some head exercises to do lying down in bed.....but they really haven't helped much. It does not include hanging my head off the side of the bed though. There are times when I can't eat because I feel nauseous.....but that has subsided quite a bit.
Believe me, it ain't fun...... And, it's not with me all the time.

LOL and some celebs are those words you mentioned- it's their lifestyles all out in the public that they want all the attention and big bucks.. I'm not trying to argue with anyone, just voicing how I feel... so the next time a one particular poster is shredded, I'm going to start getting louder- no one that posts with us should be made fun of or treated like that-= we don't know their history like none of you know me...
That just makes things worse, and then you become part of the problem, too.
Lion, I don't feel I'd become part of the problem- maybe to those, well, anyway, when a poster is being attacked, made fun of and shredded, why not take up for them.... None of us deserves to be treated like that- it just isn't right. Now back to the nice part of the thread.. sorry for butting in, scottie..

Regarding "getting louder", maybe I misunderstood what you meant. If you meant speaking up more often to support a poster, I don't see anything harmful about that.
But, if "getting louder" means being aggressive or belligerent, then it does make things worse.

I assumed she meant taking up for someone who was being bullied although I might be mistaken.
