Yes, Bonine is what the doc recommended to someone we know. Just a half pill worked. Also, several exercises such as standing, holding onto something or using a stabilized walker, staring at a fixed item across the room for a couple of minutes at a time, etc.

That is something my sister suggested for me to do when I get dizzy getting into bed.....there have been times when I would stretch my arms out to each side and clinch on to the edge of each side of the bed until I quit feeling like I was going to fall. And yes, it does work...... I've been thinking of making each pill a 1/2 pill and taking that 3 times a day until I start feeling normal again. Might call the doctor's office before I do that though.
