I don't want to take the Jennifer Aniston thread off on a tangent.
Just wondering what people think about the word Comittment.
I Believe Marriage is a commitment in a way that living together is not.
To some it is "a piece of paper" but it means more than that to me.
Leaving religion and romance aside there are legalities that can get very troublesome without that piece of paper. There are states that do not recognize a "common law" marriage.
Would you feel comfortable if your employer withheld a "piece of paper" by saying they were committed to you but did not see the need for a signed contract which protects everyone's rights?
