we dont use the "free" NORTON.

we get our tech support through best buy and have webroot installed on all of our computers.

My DH signed us up for something called Avira, he is very pleased with his decision.

We have had Comcast in our home for 37 years, they are notorious for taking things away and raising your rate at the same time. Last year it was taking away TCM and charging more at the same time.
