This is exactly why I always read the small print w/a fine tooth comb along w/a magnifying glass & a back up high powered microscope. ![]()

Thats an excellent thing to do. Also, an old adage comes to mind---If something sounds too good to be true IT IS! (a warning suggesting that unbelievable deals, offers, or promises are likely scams or deceptive).

To add to my recent rant here--went to an Xfinity store to try to figure out why I am still being charged for cell service, when I stopped on 1/31/26 which I called 2 weeks before that date to stop-----and waited 30 minutes for my 3rd in line appt while 2 or 3 employees were standing around watching the 2 other people take care of the folks ahead of me-----I left 15 minutes later--with no resolution!!! Called Monday and spent another 35 minutes for the same issue and still didn't get my problem resoved---it has to done by my DD-- even tho I am on the acct, payment comes out of my bank and we live together and have for the last 5 years!!! And even when there is a record of my very first conversation in Dec about cancelling service!!! Am beyond TICKED OFF !!! I hate xfinity!!!!!
I just found a notice that the account I was griping about from the above post----was being turned over to collections!!! So I live- chatted with CS and --OMG---within about 10 minutes--that person undid all the nonsense and all the computer generated notices and made sure all $$ owed was done when I said it was paid ----and not to worry about it anymore!!! So----am pestimistically optimistic🫤--that this dumb issue is done!!!

Never had Comcast cellular service. But had their Internet service. They were AWFUL! had so many problems. None of which were adequately corrected. They came running to me asking what they could do to make me happy after I switched to Verizon Fios. Much too little much too late.
