I saw an ad on tv for this item. Although it doesn't appeal to me, I can imagine that it would be a calming and creative way to pass time. Has anyone here bought this item?

Hi deep, I saw it on HSN. I keep reading that it's very relaxing and a lot of adult women love it.

Because of that, I checked into it a little more and read the reviews. It's very popular, apparently it's usually done with colored pencils, which range from those made by the crayon people to professional artist's pencils.

I had no idea this hobby was going on. I looked at some of the other books online, they have one for art deco pictures, cats, floral, etc. It seems this is a pretty big business.

Yes, it is very relaxing .

Although, the patterns are very detailed and do take a long time to finish. It's fun to me.

I think they sold out the day they were on. I had priced them on Amazon and HSN couldn't be beat. I would have paid that for just one book.

I recall someone posted about this right before the forum change. Bless her heart....no one was responding so I posted several pics of the coloring books & said I bet no one is responding because most assumed "adult" coloring books to be racy! Hee.
