Color Coordinated COVID

[ Edited ]

I was watching TV today and I noticed something. This afternoon I watched Brooke Baldwin on CNN. She was wearing a magenta sleeveless dress. To her right was the field showing the numbers of  COVID cases. Part of this field was colored in purple. Behind Brooke was a screen or some type of background that was colored in a lighter magenta than her dress. On this background of magenta, there was some artsy looking darker magenta globules appearing to float in the background. When the camera got in closer I realized these globules were magenta colored COVID-19 viruses. Tonight, I'm watching the NBC National News with Lester Holt. Holt is dressed with some blue colored clothing with a blue background behind him. Floating on Holt's background are blue coronaviruses. Adjacent to Holt, when coronavirus stats appear, the statistics field is accented with blue coloration. All I could think of after seeing this phenomena twice today is that news shows are color coordinating their presentations about COVID-19. What a world!

We are inundated with sooo much information regarding this virus at every possible turn, until my poor brain is on overload. I have drastically reduced the amount of news I watch because of it. That is however, a very interesting observation you made.👍 Thanks for sharing it.😊

"Floating on Holt's background are blue coronaviruses."

Oh my, I'm so tired of CNN's distressed animals, but I'm not sure I'm ready for floating blue  coronaviruses.

@Mindy D Thanks for the laugh, and interesting points!
