Collecting DNA

Wow, the Fed court upheld that CA CAN continue to collect DNA from those ARRESTED for a felony. That is outrageous. ANYONE can be arrested.

I have no problem, if you are CONVICTED, but arrested is just saying I THINK you did this, so now I can take your DNA.

Do you have any problem with this?
