Coldwater Creek and their pricing...

are all OVER the map. Last week I got a jacket. It was regular $139 and on sale for $59 and I had a $25 dollar coupon for $25 off of $50. The price of the coat went to about $35. I also had a credit for $10 which I used. That credit just paid for the shipping of $10 so the balance was around $37 dollars with tax.

I really liked the jacket and wanted to order in another color. So I got an email with their BIGGEST SALE OF THE YEAR...30% OFF OF EVERYTHING IN STOCK and free shipping. So I waltzes over to their website, with my $25 dollar coupon off of $50 that is still good, and I figure with another 30% off...I get another cheap jacket.

Not happening. The jacket is now on sale for $99 and with 30% off bring it to about $75 I figured it would still be more expensive than the other one but with my coupon it wouldn't be too bad. Nope. Wouldn't take the coupon. And I am not going to pay $75 plus tax for a jacket that I got last week for $37. They are trickey those stinkers. Wink
