Starting 9/3 CC is implementing a new return policy. I believe they had unlimited returns in the past. Now items must be returned within 120 days in unwashed and/or not worn condition. I always return my items quickly but I had a number of their items shrink when washed. Also, no returns on red line merchandise which is something new I believe. And if you order an item in the outlet on-line the items must now be returned via mail and will not be accepted in the stores. I still order but CC but find their items not as nice as in the past and the sizes inconsistent. Think this new policy especially on outlet items will be a big problem. I've already registered a complaint.
