The idea is she wants to be talked about. She achieves exactly the result she is looking for. I think her idea is that any attention is better than no attention.

It's her job people. She made a fortune for her and her entire family by dressing like THAT. It's sort of like performance art. She wouldn't be a millionare many, many times over if she dressed like a middle class school teacher for Peoria...would she ??

....and anyone that can wear hair slicked back, top bun & not a stitch of makeup....still look this good, I'm amazed (Dec 2013).
