Clarks Ashland Joy

[ Edited ]

Months ago, I purchased Clarks Ashland Joy (recommended by one of you ladies) in black and brown ---- so comfortable, great fit and beautiful leather.

This morning I turned on my tv and saw Amy presenting these shoes - so I ordered them in aubergine and navy, I wear size 6-1/2 wide - and my feet are a true wide - no problems putting them on or taking them off.

The price is low for Black Friday - $59.98 - free shipping. -- A344021

My other favorite Clarks shoe is Cheyn Madi - and I just saw that the Q's price is $49.96 - free shipping. A299995

Most of my shoes are clogs/sandals/tennis shoes -- so glad to get a gorgeous leather shoe - in several beautiful colors - at great prices.

I gave up on Clarks when the tops started to come away from the soles.  It didn't matter if they were old or not, worn a lot or not.

I had it happen to three pairs, bought at different times in different places.

Years ago, I purchased 12 pairs of Clarks Clogs - accordion heel. To date, 6 pairs separated. The clogs were glued together (not sewn) - that's why they separated. I don't think that will happen to these shoes - hopefully, Clarks learned a valuable lesson. My feet only like Clarks clogs and shoes!!!! Since I wear a wide, most other brands don't fit. I also wear Rykas tennis shoes (from Zappos) - and Birkenstocks/Birkies. I now have over 80 pairs of very comfortable shoes!!!! And - I'm retired.
