Pepsi can't even come close to the taste of Coca Cola.  They're really grasping at straws here with this one.  Yuck with a capital "Y."

I definitely don't want Pepsi to taste like Coca Cola.  I prefer Pepsi's cola over any other brand.

Speaking of Coca Cola, I went to Atlanta a couple of years ago and toured their facilities.  The different iterations and flavors that Coca Cola makes around the world are very interesting.  Some taste good; some don't and I just had to discard those.  Many are not Cola flavors at all.  Fun thing to do if you're ever in Atlanta!

There was a short series on one of the food channels about how all the major US food chains and brands sell and very much change their menus in different parts of the world. It was interesting, informative and entertaining.

Yes indeed @Moonchilde.  I was able to sample as many as I could w/o getting a major sugar rush LOL.  I have my keepsake (given after the tour) where I keep all of my of things after a travel.  It's a very small bottle of original coke with the metal top that requires a can opener!  Haven't opened a can of anything like that in years.

The Pepsi fire does not appeal to me.  I want to try the new coke with the green label but that can wait.  I stopped drinking all sodas 3 weeks ago.  Cat Very Happy

I've tried the coke with the green label (sweetened with Stevia, I believe). To me, it was as bad as all the other diet cokes.

@Katcat1

COKE LIFE is not really new......it actually came out in 2014. it is sweetened with real sugar plus stevia. i did not care for it at all. i would rather drink a real coke OR a caffeine free diet coke than this.

If they were giving out samples of Cinnamon Pepsi in a grocery store, I'd definitely try it.

You never know about these new flavors.  Dr Pepper is basically cherry cola, and it's been around forever.

I gave up sugared soda back in 1997 with cigarettes, decided to have the pain all at once.   Boy I would love to drink a frosty Coca Cola regardless of the sugar content.  I loved Pepsi back in the day but I cannot imagine it with a pumpkin pie ingredient.

I love Dr. Pepper and don't find it tastes anything like Cherry cola.
