I'm usually done with Christmas shopping very early. But the past two years, I have not. We had a big move in 2016 and it's just been busy. We will be spending Thanksgiving with family for the first time in 16 years so I would like to be done with them before we get there. I'm pretty much on track for that. My daughter is easy this year, Legos. My husband and I won't be exchanging gifts again this year. We've been putting too much money into the house. For Christmast we'll be getting some new lighting and upstairs carpet.

One thing only. I saw a nice deep red pullover cable knit sweater for men at Target and ordered it to give to DH near the holiday.

I showed it to him when it was delivered and he really liked it. Not fire engine red, deep red, not bright. He loves a cable knit pullover.

I shop all year for Christmas and birthdays. I have a gift trunk that I keep everything in there. Easy to find and not tucked away and can't find it

Our son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren live in Sweden, so packages have to go early. They will tell me things they want because some things they can't buy there.

All of our family has a wish list on Amazon. So we can buy things they want and still be a surprise. This helps because if I find the same product at a better price, I can buy it.

My main goal is to find great things at great prices. Why pay full price when you can find sales all year. I also find that October is a good month for sales.

Christmas and birthdays should be fun and family time. It shouldn't be a time that people worry about getting the perfect gift and spending big amounts of money.

I'm pretty much finished. I may pick up one other small thing for my husband. This was a very expensive year for us. I had tons of medical bills for my surgery, and a lot of other unexpected expenses.

We treated my daughter and SIL to dining room furniture and blinds for their new house....that covers Christmas and a couple of birthdays.

I sew/quilt gifts for a few people, and I have to get those finished.

The majority of the purchases were for the grandbabies, and they're all done.

2 more gift cards and I’m done. I give exactly what my family likes, which is accomplished without store shopping. I start early and have it all paid for by the end of December.

I also have my Christmas cards done, as well as bought most of our food. I just had knee replacement on the 18th, and have taken care of everything that needed to get done in the next couple of weeks so I can concentrate on healing and PT.

I am finish Christmas shopping. My friends will received gifts cards at their favorite stores and eatery.My daughter-in- law loves Carol's daughter so I got her hair and body creams,my sons will received a compete set of korres products and gift cards.l also pick up items I know they will like. Think before buying anyone gifts. For my grandson who is under 10, I will give a visa gift card to buy what he wants. I pick up things thru out the year items I know they will like Chistmas shoppings is not hard just give thought to what you buy for others and for that matter for yourself.
