So I turn on this morning and, what the heck??? A Christmas Tree and it is not even Columbus Day yet??

The sets have been decorated for weeks now.

The holiday season used to hold so much magic, and I think part of it was the fact that all the lights, decorations and music were ephemeral, special. This trend toward months and months of Christmas turn it into something mundane and ordinary. I try to stay away from it all until the weather is cold, crisp, and the holiday magic is in the air.Smile

The word magic comes from "magi" (look up magi).
