What childhood chore did you hate?  Mine was dusting the mahogany dining room table - it had a million nooks and crannies.

Cleaning the baseboards. I hated that. I guess because I was the youngest it was easier for me to be on the floor cleaning them. I still get flashbacks. Smiley LOL

During summer vacation from school if my sister or me mentioned that we were bored our Mom would bring out a sack of clothes to be ironed and in those days there was no steam iron, we had to sprinkle the clothes with water from a bottle that had a sprinkle cap on it, to this day I hate ironing😒!

When I was high school age, I had to wash the dishes. I didn't

really like doing that.

When I was a little younger, I enjoyed washing the windows with Windex and I also liked dusting the furniture.

I had to cook, clean, do the laundry, etc, from the time I was very young but I think the one I hated the most was ironing!

I hated mowing the yard and planting corn.  Mom did all of the inside chores; we never had to do anything except set the table and sometimes dry the dishes.  No big deal after mowing that huge lawn that we had with riding and push mowers (Have I said it was huge?) and planting row after row of corn.  That was worse than the mowing although planting only took a day with the whole family helping.
