Chihuahuas

What do you all feed your Chihuahuas? Ours is sooooooooooooooooooooooo picky. He won't eat anything but chicken, sometimes meat, some cheese and now and then bread/biscuits. And alot of times he won't eat these things. He will go a day or more without much or any eating. I know he isn't sick-vet says he is healthy. I worry he doesn't get enough nutrition. Any suggestions from experience?
