So, now there is another miracle weight loss program and book....that includes drinks you make with CHIA seeds.........

NO, not the Chia Pet seeds (because they have not been cleaned enough to eat)

But, YES....the same seeds. THE MOST NUTRITIONAL VITAMINS in these seeds.

Not sure I could get into it....wondering all the time if I was going to 'sprout green hair'
